Leadership Development

To grow a thriving, creative business and deliver meaningful work, it is vital to attract and foster talent, build better teams and strengthen our networks. We are stronger leaders if we lead together.

The Designing Leadership program brings together engaged and talented for- and non-profit creative leaders to share real business experiences and learn from each other. This experience provided me with a suite of new tools that I have applied to my daily thinking and a new lens to assess and evolve my leadership skill set. My network has expanded as a result and my leadership approach is smarter.

J@ Design
